Consumer/Client hereby understands and acknowledges that Glute Camp®️ or any other plan and/or product purchased hereunder includes participation in strenuous physical activities, including, but not limited to, running, jumping, lifting, weight training, various aerobic conditioning equipment and various nutritional programs (“Physical Activities”). Consumer/client understands and acknowledges that these Physical Activities involve the inherent risk of accidents, physical injuries, or other damages to myself and/or others, including, but not limited to, soreness, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, and any other illness, injury, or even death, however caused, occurring during or after Consumer/Client’s participation in the Physical Activities. Consumer/client hereby expressly and voluntarily assumes all risk of injuries and loss of or damage to equipment/property associated with my participation in any service and/or product.

Consumer/client affirms that to the best of his/her knowledge, he/she is in good physical condition and does not suffer from any disability or illness that might prevent or limit participation in the Physical Activities. Consumer/client acknowledges that participation may be physically and/or mentally challenging, and he/she agrees that it is the responsibility of him/her to promptly seek competent medical advice regarding any concerns or questions concerning the ability of Consumer/client to take part in the Physical Activities.

By purchasing any service and/or product, Consumer/client affirms that he/she is capable of participating in the Physical Activities. Consumer/client agrees to assume all risk and responsibilities for exceeding his/her physical limits. Consumer/client, on behalf of Consumer/client, his/her heirs, assigns and next of kin, waives any claims against and releases SoFITfia from any and all liability, claims and/or causes of action that Consumer/client may have for injuries or other damages of any kind, including but not limited to punitive damages, arising out of participation in the Physical Activities.

Consumer/client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold SoFITfia harmless against any liability, damages, defense costs, attorney’s fees, and from any other costs incurred by Glute Camp®️ in connection with claims for bodily injury, wrongful death or property damage caused by, or related to, Consumer/client’s participation in Glute Camp®️ or any other service provided or purchase of a product.

The rights granted herein shall extend in perpetuity, unless revoked in writing to SoFITfia by Challenger/Client, throughout the universe and for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation for marketing and advertising purposes of Glute Camp®️, and in any and all media including without limitation Glute Camp®️’s website and social media. I hereby release, waive and forever discharge any and all claims arising out of, or in connection with, such use by SoFITfia, including without limitation any and all claims of libel or invasion of privacy.

Consumer hereby understands and acknowledges that their participation in a fitness assessment, fitness programs, and/ or personal training sessions (“Personal Training”) purchased hereunder includes participation in strenuous physical activities, including, but not limited to, running, jumping, lifting, weight training, various aerobic conditioning equipment and various nutritional programs (“Physical Activities”). I understand and acknowledge that these Physical Activities involve the inherent risk of accidents, physical injuries, or other damages to myself and/or others, including, but not limited to, soreness, muscle strains, pulls or tears, broken bones, and any other illness, injury, or even death, however caused, occurring during or after my participation in the Physical Activities. I hereby expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of injuries and loss of or damage to equipment/property associated with my participation in Personal Training. In addition, with the novel COVID-19, I understand and acknowledge the inherent risk of contraction while participating in fitness activities at Glute Camp®️. I hereby expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of illness, injury, or even death with my participation in any fitness activities at Glute Camp®️. I affirm that to the best of my knowledge, I am in good physical condition and do not suffer from any disability or illness that might prevent or limit my participation in the Physical Activities. I acknowledge that participation may be physically and/or mentally challenging, and I agree that it is my responsibility to promptly seek competent medical advice regarding any concerns or questions concerning my ability to take part in the Physical Activities. By signing this agreement, I affirm that I am capable of participating in the Physical Activities. I agree to assume all risk and responsibilities for exceeding my physical limits.
