Description
Introducing the Glute Camp®️Program April Edition! Includes: 3 workouts a week (with a main focus on lower-body and core muscles, but also target the full body) the OFFICIAL Glute Camp®️video, an accountability Zoom link, Facebook private group invite, and weekly check-ins with Sofia!
Program will be 4 weeks long. Participants get to choose when their 3 workouts will take place.Sofia will check-in with participants on Saturdays either in the private FB group or via email.
